Billing questions
Can I get a refund?
Pro payments are non-refundable because you get full access straight away, so run the free check first to see what IndexReady finds. We do refund duplicate charges and charges after cancelling. Refund policy
What happens when I cancel?
You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then your account goes back to the free plan. Your sites and past results stay.
Who handles the payment?
Waffo processes payments and handles sales tax and VAT as our merchant of record, so the charge on your statement may mention Waffo.
